Executive Communication & Leadership Presence Programme<\/h4>\n

It can be very lonely at the top. A leader has to endure many criticisms. He or she needs to have a clear vision on the strategy and preferably a roadmap of a future policy. Sometimes he needs to bring forward a cultural change and make the right decisions with his head, heart, and stomach.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s all about communication!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Executive Communication is what you need during your meetings with the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. You have to be able to explain the company\u2019s strategy to them, but also when you meet with the Works Council, at job interviews, when you negotiate with the unions and when interviewed by journalists.
\nExecutive Communication is also important to connect with the management team and your employees when you inform investors and other stakeholders. Or when you meet members of a governmental or municipal administration.
\nHow do you live up to your reputation as the main representative of your organization?<\/p>\n

So communication skills are of vital importance to be a successful Executive. You have to be persuasive and complete in telling your story. A CEO has to be a \u2018great communicator\u2019. How do you become one?<\/p>\n

\nOn form and content, professional communication with a personal commitment and with emotion and empathy when required.

Programme of training in three phases
\n<\/strong>The programme consists of three phases:<\/p>\n

  • Phase 1:\u00a0your individual communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Phase 2: your communication with your circle of acquaintances<\/li>\n
  • Phase 3: your communication skills in your daily practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The program has 10 sessions of 2 hours, 2 to 3 weeks apart. In the intervening weeks you\u2019ll be given assignments. The programme is specially written for your individual wishes and needs, we can always customize it.<\/p>\n

    1. To inspire others with your presentation and communication skills, I can help you to achieve this.<\/li>\n
    2. How do you come straight to the point, what building blocks can you use? I can also help you to achieve this.<\/li>\n
    3. To present with humor, with commitment, to come full circle in your story. Do you interact with your audience, do you ask the right questions? Can you engage the audience the whole time? I can definitely help you to achieve this!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In this programme I will put you in front of a camera during sessions to confront you with what is lacking in your presentation skills. We will work on these weaknesses. You can practice your improvements with clear assignments.<\/p>\n

      The programme Executive Communication & Leadership Presence will teach you to listen actively and to put your audience on its toes.\u00a0We will address communication skills during crises. How do you perform when a crisis occurs? Do you have a communication strategy planned? Who needs to be in the Crisis Team? How do you act as a spokesperson?
